The regional promotion activities are based at the Lake Alford Information Centre at 24 Bruce Highway, Lake Alford in Gympie. The Visitor Information Centres operate from the Matilda's Complex at Kybong, Lake Alford Bruce Highway Gympie and at the Woodwork Museum, Bruce Highway, North Gympie.

Tiaro Tourist Information Centre and Craft Cottage is located in the restored Railway Station on the Bruce Highway in Tiaro. At the information Centre, you can purchase locally produced arts and crafts and source information about the Shire. Internet access has recently been installed in the Information Centre.
